In her more than 14 years of practice with Cherny & Podolsky,, Mari Milorava-Kelman has successfully litigated and arbitrated numerous serious injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, hit-and-run accidents, slip-and-fall and trip-and-fall accidents, and sidewalk-related incidents. She is passionate about advocating for injured individuals and is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for the firm’s clients.

Mari focuses her practice on complex motor vehicle and negligence claims, including cases involving uninsured and underinsured drivers, insurance coverage disputes, and appellate matters.
