Boris Cherny is an attorney with a strong focus on complex tax law, corporate structures, and trust and estate matters. Prior to his legal practice, Boris spent over a decade in senior financial and operational leadership roles across global markets, including the U.S., U.K., Japan, Australia, and Kazakhstan.

Boris has dedicated his practice to dealing with complex tax law issues, corporate structure and assisting clients with trust and estate law issues. Prior to becoming an attorney Boris spent over a decade in senior financial and operational roles across global markets. Developing legal and tax structures across the globe, dealing with complex tax and legal issues, providing tax preparation and support to wide range of clients, lead companies in raising capital through IPO’s, Debt markets and Mergers and Acquisitions.
